DRAW DATES:

The Previous Supporter and Friends draw will be held on Thursday, April 1, 2010 at the offices of Stride Management Corp. located at 3950 12th Street NE, Calgary Alberta starting at 11:00 AM. Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before 11:00 P.M. Sunday, March 21, 2010 will be eligible for this draw.

The Early Bird Draw will be held on Friday, May 28, 2010 at the offices of Stride Management Corp. located at 3950 12th Street NE Calgary, Alberta starting at 11:00 A.M. Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before 11:00 P.M. Sunday, May 16, 2010 will be eligible for this draw.

The Final Draw for the remaining prizes will be held on Friday, June 18, 2010 at 1:00 PM until finished at the offices of Stride Management Corp. 3950 12th Street NE Calgary, Alberta. Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before 11:00 P.M. Sunday, June 6, 2010 will be eligible for this draw.
All of the above mentioned draws are open to any member of the general public wishing to attend.

DRAW ORDER:

The first draw will be the Previous Supporter and Friends Draws (five draws of $1,000 cash each); next will be the Early Bird Draw (winner's choice, one of three Mazda vehicles) plus $5,000 cash and lastly the Final Draw, with the remaining prizes drawn in order of lowest retail value up to and including the Grand Prize. After each draw by numbered ticket stub, the winner will be recorded and ticket stub placed back in the drum for the next draw. Each ticket is eligible for all prizes except where they may be late for the Previous Supporter & Friends and Early Bird Draws. If all tickets are sold by Sunday, May 16, 2010 all prizes will be drawn commencing Friday, May 28, 2010.

All winners will be notified in writing by Stride Management Corp. detailing what they have won and where they can claim their prize(s). All names, cities and winning ticket numbers of winners will be published in Calgary and Edmonton newspapers seven days following each draw, as well as on the Internet site, www.cashpluslottery.com.

In the event that a winning ticket stub lists more than one name, the Licensee will award the prize to any individual whose name is listed on the stub. The Licensee is not responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise between the different individuals.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, there will be no cash substitutes.

If any prize(s) remain unclaimed for more than 1 year from the date of the draw, a request will be made to Alberta Gaming for a decision regarding the disbursement of the prize(s).

Contest guidelines prohibit the following people from purchasing tickets in the lottery: the Lottery Manager, the Auditor of the tickets, the Lottery Committee, employees of Stride Management Corp, families of the above residing at the same address and anyone under the age of 18. The licensee will advise all purchasers not to include the name of anyone under the age of 18 on the ticket due to the requirements of the Public Trustees Act.

Retail value of the prizes $468,200.30

DISTRIBUTION OF TICKETS:

All tickets will be controlled by Stride Management Corp. and are only available by mail, phone and internet at www.cashpluslottery.com. Ticket Request Forms will be available at all participating sponsor's locations. Ticket Request Forms must be received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre to be valid. Tickets are only available in the province of Alberta.

Tickets may be purchased with cheque, money order, VISA, MasterCard, or cash. The Lottery Committee's liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket.

If any purchased ticket has been entered for any draw, no refund will be issued.

Total number of tickets available is 5,500 single tickets at $50.00 each, 6,250 sets of 3 for $100.00 and 5,500 sets of 5 for $150 for a total of 51,750 tickets.

Only upon demonstrating extraordinary circumstances to Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission will the Licensee make a request for draw date extension.

PRIVACY:

Both the Canadian Diabetes Association and Stride Management Corp. respect your privacy. We do not rent, sell or trade our mailing lists. The personal information collected by the Cash Plus+ Lottery will be used to process ticket orders and to contact you regarding ongoing and future lotteries. The names, cities and winning ticket numbers of winners will be posted at all CDA branch offices in Alberta and on the Cash Plus+ Lottery website. The Canadian Diabetes Association retains the right to publish the name, city and photograph of the winners.
